Apple has rolled out the latest iOS 26.4 developer beta. While the update includes very few changes, one standout feature is the introduction of new Apple emojis.
For starters, there’s a ballet dancer emoji. With Timothée Chalamet’s recent interview about his disinterest in ballet doing the rounds on social media, Apple couldn’t have picked a better time to add this emoji to the lineup.
Next, they have added a distorted face. It’s likely to be one of the most used emojis going forward, but honestly, I have a sticker that works way better than that!

Apart from these, there are a few more new Apple emojis added to the mix, including a fight cloud, hairy creature, landslide, orca, trombone, and a treasure chest. While the jury is still out on most of them, the fight cloud emoji could be especially fun—particularly during those serious group chat arguments, adding a bit of Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry energy to the chaos.
Whether we love them or feel a bit confused by them, one thing’s certain—we will surely find a way to use these new Apple emojis in our everyday chats, arguments, and memes.
