The Apple Care Protection Plan is the single best option to insure your Apple products. There are a number of alternatives available in India depending on the device you’re planning to protect, but none is as effective as Apple’s own plan.
Apple Care plan for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch extends the warranty to two years from purchase date. Whereas the plan for Macs (iMac, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, and Mac mini) extends the warranty to three years from the date of purchase.

We understand that it can be a little bit expensive to spend this much on a protection plan, but remember that the repairs for any of the Apple products could go well into two-digit thousands. Third party repair shops don’t usually offer the best service, and it voids the warranty on your iDevice. So it’s always better to get the Apple Care Protection Plan and get your devices repaired from only the authorised service providers.
