The report also notes that the iPad Pro, these days, already features a desktop-class processor capable of handling intensive multitasking and demanding professional software. With that level of performance, a vapour-chamber cooling system would be a logical addition to Apple’s flagship tablet, helping it sustain power and efficiency during heavy workloads.
This new cooling system, paired with the M6 processor, is expected to deliver a significant boost in speed and overall performance for the iPad Pro. It could also mark Apple’s strongest push yet to position the iPad Pro as a true laptop replacement, especially for creative professionals who rely on powerful tools and seamless workflows.
Going by the previous launch cycles, Apple is likely to launch the M6 iPad Pro around spring 2027.
