Just when the Scratchgate fiasco had started to cool off, the iPhone 17 Pro finds itself back in the headlines—this time for a curious colour change. Users are claiming that their Cosmic Orange iPhone is slowly shifting shades… to a rosy pink.
The internet is divided. Some say it’s just AI-generated images, while others believe it’s real—possibly caused by sun exposure, skin oils, or sweat. With no official word from Apple yet, speculation is running wild.
Interestingly, some fans (including myself) are actually liking the pink hue in the images, finding it more appealing than the original bold orange. However, those who chose the Cosmic Orange specifically for its striking look may be less thrilled. But one thing’s for sure—if this colour shift turns out to be real, Apple’s design team might just be the ones turning pink with embarrassment. Although, knowing Apple, they’ll probably dismiss it as some limited-edition gradient innovation and call it a day.
